Features
Kona Signature Ukuleles are available in both Soprano(21in) and Concert Size(23in)
Gently arched backs give these Kona Ukuleles a warm, resonate tone to increase volume on the high tones and helps bass tones get just a little deeper when resonating the select tonewoods we use.
Our Kona Ukuleles feature an open-pore, satin finish and are available in both East African Mahogany(Sapele) or the richly veined, highly figured Zebra Wood (African Zebrano)
Kona Signature Ukuleles feature East African Mahogany (Sapele) necks to ensure warping does not occur.
Kona Finger(Fret) boards are made from farmed genuine Rosewood (Dalbergia Latfolia), known for its beauty and hardness, Rosewood is known to prevent stringed instrument necks from warping throughout the years.
All of our Kona Signature series Ukuleles utilize woods from sustainable sources, adhering to CITES regulations to ensure we have these woods available on our planet and for all to enjoy for many years to come!
To keep your new Kona Ukulele in fine tune we chosen 14:1 ratio die-cast, sealed lubricated, guitar type tuning gears. Quickly and accurately tune and avoid the hassle that usually occurs with traditional 1:1 ratio friction gears.
All of our Signature Kona Ukuleles include free installed strap buttons if you want to skip the traditional and use standard belt type neck strap.
